RD-Engineering were appointed as structural engineering consultants for a new commercial development in Liverpool.

This project involved the design of a 24m x 20m portal framed structural steel structure, featuring an internal mezzanine structure designated for office space.

During the concept phase, we identified poor ground conditions on the site and advised that piled foundations incorporated reinforced concrete ground beams, pile caps, and reinforced concrete piles were required.

Our Engineers used Tekla Structural Designer and portal frame designer to deliver comprehensive structural calculations and technical drawings, ensuring our design met the highest of standards.
