Thomas Rankin – Director

Thomas has over 15 years’ experience in a structural engineering consultancy undertaking structural designs for residential, commercial, and industrial clients across the UK. Notable schemes include Blackpool tower structural steel refurbishments, & Blackpool Pleasure Beach (Nickelodeon Land) as well as numerous new build housing developments and ‘one off’ designs. Academic achievements include graduating from the University of Bolton in 2011 with an undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering, before obtaining a MSc in Civil Engineering from the University of Bolton in 2018.

Thomas is currently in the final stages of obtaining CEng Status with the Institute of Civil Engineers (ICE).
